For the first 80 years Culby's was a fruit brokerage and at times very small farm. Timm Culby, the current owner, started the Landscape Supply business is 1993 with one pile of mulch, a small loader and one pickup.

In 2000 Culby's decided to invest deeply in stocking natural stone with the philosophy of you can't sell a product if a customer can't see it.
